Chef Jordan Spritz founded our business after developing a passion for fresh ingredients, culinary technique, and private dining. With formal training at the Culinary Institute of America and experience working alongside respected chefs, Jordan brings a restaurant-inspired approach to catering and special events.

Our team works directly with each client to develop a menu that reflects the venue, event theme, personal tastes, and budget. We also consider food preferences and allergies when planning dishes, helping clients create a dining experience that suits their guests. Whether you are hosting an upscale backyard barbecue in Highland Park, a wedding for 300 guests, or an intimate meal in a historic venue, we tailor our approach to the occasion.

As a family-run business, we bring different skills to each part of the planning process. Pam supports business development and sales, Jamie leads event planning, Ricky manages events on-site, and Ryan handles purchasing relationships and the Spritzology beverage business. This teamwork helps us coordinate culinary preparation and event details from the initial consultation through execution.

Fresh, locally sourced ingredients remain central to our cooking. Our family’s commitment to seasonal food also inspired the development of Copper Feather Farms in Wisconsin.
