Founded by Bill and Karen Garlough, our business began as a gourmet deli and kitchen serving small social gatherings, corporate breakfasts, and luncheons. In 2016, three longtime employees, Dominick Scafidi, Mark Walter, and Megan Rousonelos, took ownership and continued the company’s tradition of personalized hospitality.
