Overview :
Gatherings are at the heart of Nicole Jordan Catering. Since March 2016, we have helped people across Chicago celebrate important moments with thoughtfully prepared food and attentive service. Our founder and CEO, Nicole Jordan-Reed, grew up in a large family where birthdays, holidays, Sunday dinners, and shared meals brought relatives, friends, and neighbors together. Those experiences continue to shape our approach to catering: we want food to create connection, welcome guests, and make occasions more meaningful.
Our menus support both everyday dining needs and special events. We prepare hot and cold breakfast selections, sandwiches, wraps, fresh salads, packaged hot lunches and dinners, beverages, desserts, party platters, boards, and grazing boxes. For businesses, we provide meals for meetings, training sessions, staff appreciation days, receptions, and holiday parties. We also work with nonprofit organizations, schools, and educational institutions on fundraisers, conferences, graduations, alumni gatherings, and community programs.
For social gatherings, we offer catering for dinner parties, showers, galas, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, summer picnics, barbecues, and holiday celebrations. Our team can prepare food on-site with chefs and service staff, helping keep meals fresh while hosts spend time with their guests. We also create custom menus around the event, guest preferences, and service needs.
Quality, teamwork, integrity, and service guide our work. We operate as a licensed food-service establishment in Chicago and Illinois, and our kitchen team follows food-safety and sanitation procedures. Whether you need convenient office meals or catering for a special occasion, we focus on fresh food, dependable coordination, and a welcoming experience.
