At Paramount Events, we bring people together through chef-crafted food, thoughtful hospitality, and catering tailored to each occasion. Based in Chicago, Illinois, we provide catering services for weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and charitable events. Since our founding in 2011 by Jodi Fyfe, we have focused on fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, and personal service.
We offer full-service, hybrid, and drop-off catering to match different event styles and service needs. Whether you are planning a business lunch, an elegant wedding reception, or a large fundraising gala, our team works with you to develop a menu that suits your guests and event plans. We also cater for gatherings of more than 500 guests.
Our menus feature house-made dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients, including produce sourced from local farmers and suppliers. In addition, our on-site greenhouse allows us to grow selected ingredients for our kitchen. We offer a range of meal options, from breakfast spreads and boxed lunches to salads, sandwiches, hot entrées, appetizers, and desserts. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available to accommodate different dietary needs.
For full-service events, we can coordinate food presentation, seasonal beverages, linens, tableware, and professional service staff. Our hybrid catering combines food delivery with selected on-site support, while drop-off catering offers a convenient option for office meetings and casual gatherings.
We also help clients explore event venues and coordinate details such as décor, tabletop rentals, and event logistics. As a woman-owned, green-certified catering business, we work to make each event personal, well organized, and welcoming. Excellent Service. Paramount Events Chicago catered for the NAMI Chicago Beyond Crisis Mental Health Summit this week and everything was excellent. The food, the presentation was superb. It was high quality catering. I dined sufficiently and really appreciated their hospitality and teamwork. Again, excellent service. I would book them for future events. Shout out to the team that specifically worked the summit on Thursday 07/09/2026 at the Obama Presidential Center. You were awesome.
We can't say enough good things about Paramount Events. From the tasting to the wedding day, everything was amazing. Nicolina put so much effort into making our tasting feel special and tailored to us, and it really got us excited for the wedding. The food was phenomenal, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was seamless. We still have guests telling us how much they loved the food and that it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. One thing that was especially important to us was accommodating our gluten-free and celiac guests, and Paramount absolutely delivered. The variety and quality of the gluten-free desserts were incredible, and our guests were so appreciative to have so many delicious options. We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience.
I love to host an annual holiday party each year for friends, family, and clients (as a realtor, they are one in the same!!). This year we decided to go a little larger in number with 80 for passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, wine, and a food station. Being a home cook, I do love to make most of the food but I really needed bartenders, servers, and extra help in the kitchen to execute, so that I could be fully present for my guests. I worked with Julie Walter at Paramount who could not have been more accommodating with supplemental (and fantastic) food items and coordinating the right number of staff for us. Now to the bartenders and servers! Every single one of the five individuals they sent was personable, eager to jump in and work hard. They paid close attention to guests' needs, and they left our home in great shape as the party wound down. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Paramount again, and I might even relinquish my need to cook next time! Highly recommend!!
