From the initial conversation, Bite catering was very professional and flexible. Maria was patient and informative as she guided me through the ordering process. Jared created a beautiful setup and communicated every step of the delivery. The food was delicious, the ceviche shots and antipasta skewers were the favorites of the night. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

I've had several private parties that were catered, but nothing compares to the great service, not to mention the food, that i got from Bite Catering. This was just a really good experience. Ordering was much easier than ordering from a restaurant. But the best part, for me, was that they delivered the food on time as scheduled, and then SET IT UP on a my own platters supplemented with their own nice but disposable serving pieces. In the hours before my party I was so frazzled. It was a dream to leave the food setup to someone else! We chose the high tea, not because it was a fancy party but because it was in between meals, it didn't require heating, the food options looked delicious, there were vegetarian options, and lots and lots of wonderful baked goods. The food was a big hit, and our guests took home every single morsel, which made cleanup a breeze. (Don't worry, they had my permission!) I will surely use Bite Catering again and again, and have already passed on their info to the guests who inquired. In all, it was a terrific experience that I highly, highly recommend.

Bite Catering absolutely crushed it at our company’s casino-themed party. From start to finish, the food felt thoughtful, elevated, and perfectly matched to the energy of the night. Working with their CEO, Elizabeth was a delight as she worked hard to help me create the perfect menu for the event. The passed appetizers were instant crowd-pleasers the chicken cigars were dangerously good, the seared ahi tuna was fresh and beautifully presented, and the wagyu bites were a total showstopper. People were literally tracking down servers for seconds (and thirds). The stations took things to another level. The pasta station was a hit with everyone, the Vegas carvery felt indulgent and on-theme in the best way, and the dim sum station added a fun, unexpected twist that guests kept talking about. It struck that perfect balance between comfort, flair, and “wow” factor—exactly what you want at a casino party. If I had to offer one small note for creative rework, it would be the tacos and tamales station and that’s probably my Los Angeles roots talking. They were solid, but in a city where tacos and tamales are basically a competitive sport, that section just didn’t quite hit the same high bar as the rest of the menu. That said, overall Bite Catering delivered an exceptional experience: great food, great service, great flow, and a menu that felt curated rather than generic. Our guests are still talking about it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for a big, high-energy event. 🎲✨

Bite catering was terrific. I worked with Elena on the Opening Night celebration of The Seagull at the Odyssey Theater. From the moment I spoke to Elena - she was full of ideas and recommendations.The food was terrific and beautifully presented. I can't wait to have another party.

I had a baby shower for my friend and decided on tea time theme. I did the decor, plates, serving plates, etc. myself so just needed tea time food. Bite was amazing!!!! Their service was impressive and they were so responsive. The delivery was exactly on time and helped me out the food on my serving plates. Food was good. People kept asking me who the caterer was. Top faves were smoked salmon tart, turkey with Brie cheese sandwich, and sun-dried tomatoes quiche. Oh and yum their scones!!!!! Thank you Bite for helping my event be a hit!!!!

Great company! Great tasting food, great service and beautiful presentation. Super easy to order, excellent website and great employees. All our guests were impressed with Bite. Made our Celebration of Life for my mother a better day.
