I hired Chef Chris and his team for a private dinner during my husband’s weekend event, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From our first conversation, Chef Chris was easy to work with calm, professional, and clearly confident in his craft without ever being overbearing. I was looking for a Michelin-caliber experience, and he absolutely delivered at that level. I also requested a non-alcoholic pairing, which can sometimes feel like an afterthought, but he approached it with real care and creativity. The pairings were thoughtful, balanced, and genuinely elevated the meal rather than simply accompanying it. The food itself was beautiful each plate was composed with intention and restraint, and more importantly, it tasted as good as it looked. Every course felt deliberate, as though there was a clear narrative being expressed through the menu. I shared a loose vision for the evening inspired by some of my favorite Michelin experiences, including elements reminiscent of Anne-Sophie Pic, and he translated that inspiration into something cohesive and memorable without losing his own identity or touch. Our guests were genuinely impressed. It felt intimate yet on the level of a fine dining tasting menu you would expect in a Michelin-starred restaurant, brought into the comfort of a private home. It was more than just a private dinner it was a thoughtfully curated culinary experience that felt both refined and personal, and something we will remember for a long time. I look forward to partnering with him again to curate our next event.
