We Are Gracious Thyme, we providing event catering and planning for weddings, corporate gatherings, private dinners, and large galas in New York City and other special celebrations. With more than 30 years of experience, we plan each event from the first consultation through final service. We work with clients to create menus that fit the occasion, guest count, and personal preferences. Our chefs use seasonal ingredients from suppliers in the Hudson Valley, Long Island, and nearby areas, and we use local ingredients whenever possible. Our sample menus include passed hors d’oeuvres, cocktail reception food, seated dinners, entrees, desserts, and late-night food. Dishes range from crab cakes, Peking duck, shrimp tacos, sushi, filet of beef, salmon, black sea bass, chicken, ravioli, seasonal vegetables, and classic desserts. We also accommodate vegan and vegetarian needs. In addition, our team supports event planning and execution, and we work with venue partners across New York City. We can handle intimate dinners in private homes and large galas for up to 1,500 guests. We are also a New York State Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise.
