We are PTG Restaurant & Caterers, a Philadelphia catering company. we providing custom Italian catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special gatherings in Philadelphia. Gil Chavez and Maurizio DeGeronimi own the business and bring more than a decade of experience from their work with Costa Cruises. We create custom banquet menus with hors d’oeuvres, buffet dinners, seated dinners, pasta, seafood, chicken, beef, vegetables, salads, and desserts. Our catering service also includes complimentary wedding tastings, giving couples and their families time to try menu options and discuss event details. In addition, PTG Restaurant is available for private events of up to 60 guests and operates as a BYOB space. We host birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, and other gatherings. Our menu includes Italian favorites such as ravioli, penne vodka, chicken Marsala, chicken Parmigiana, shrimp scampi, eggplant Parmigiana, and homemade meatballs. We also offer pickup options for food orders. Our team works with clients to create practical menus and service plans that fit the occasion, guest count, and event needs. We also provide linen and dinnerware for catered events when needed onsite.
