We are Seedling & Sage, we providing modern farm-to-table catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and social gatherings across Philadelphia and the surrounding tri-state area. We are based in Glenside, Pennsylvania, and we cater at private homes, farms, barns, arboretums, historic estates, gardens, offices, and other off-site venues. Our chefs create seasonal menus with fresh, high-quality ingredients and customize each menu around the event, guest needs, style, and budget. We offer both quick-service and full-service catering. Quick service provides food delivery in disposable trays, while full service can include delivery, setup, servers, bartenders, rentals, linens, décor, cleanup, and event coordination. Our food program includes modern American dishes, global-inspired plates, action stations, grazing displays, vegetarian selections, vegan food, gluten-free options, and allergy-conscious menus. We also provide cocktail catering through our off-premise liquor license and can create custom signature cocktails. For weddings, our event coordinators help with tastings, floorplans, timelines, menu planning, rentals, staffing, and event-day details. We also provide pop-up kitchens for locations with limited kitchen access. In addition, we offer venue partnership services, including event operations, preferred vendor partnerships, and venue consulting. We work closely with each client from the first conversation through final service.
