At Elite Events Chicago, we bring restaurant-style food, thoughtful design, and coordinated service to weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Chef Chris Cuellar founded the business with a goal of bringing the care and precision of a restaurant experience into clients’ homes and event venues. What began as an intimate, chef-led dining service has grown into a full-service catering and event-design team serving Chicagoland and clients across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
Each event starts with a consultation so we can shape the menu, service style, and setup around the occasion. Guests can enjoy custom three-course dinners or multi-course tasting menus, along with family-style meals, plated service, seasonal menus, drop-off catering, and premium delivery with setup. Our menu collection draws on barbecue, Asian, Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, Caribbean, and French traditions, with brunch options for daytime gatherings.
Beyond the food, we coordinate experienced staff, event planners, rentals, linens, florals, glassware, flatware, tables, chairs, and cleanup for contracted services. We also provide curated bar packages, professional bartenders, signature cocktails, beer and wine, and nonalcoholic options. For smaller gatherings, our Restaurant Experience serves groups of 2 to 24 guests, while drop-off catering can serve up to 500 guests and full-service catering can support events up to 350.
We customize menus for dietary preferences including keto, kosher, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium needs. From engagement parties and brunches to weddings, office celebrations, and large corporate events, we focus on clear communication, careful preparation, and service that lets hosts enjoy their guests while we manage the catering details.
