Our founder, Viola Bednarek, brings 25 years of hospitality experience. Her background includes service, bartending, and chef roles in high-volume, scratch kitchens. She also spent more than a decade as a Banquet and Catering Manager, overseeing more than 300 events each year. This experience guides our approach to menu planning, hospitality, timing, and event execution.
We begin by learning what matters most to you. Then, we use our planning experience and attention to design to shape the details around your event. We focus on fresh ingredients, good food, custom arrangements, and décor that suits the occasion. Because every gathering has different needs, we tailor our approach to each client.
Our services cover wedding catering, private party catering, and corporate event catering, along with event planning and design. We also offer consultations and invite clients to schedule a tasting as they begin planning. Viola holds wedding and event planning certifications from the American Association of Wedding Planners and Triton College's Wedding Planning Institute.
